I bought some and recieved them today. Intially I thought they would be heavy as they look SO CHUNKY! To my surprise they wiegh a little less than my Crimefighters (to be fair the Crimfighters have a little dirt on the and the Badlands are spankin new) So all in all they must be the same weight or damn close. They look sick and remind me of dirt bike tires (did anyone see the Hangtown race this weekend?). They do make the buggy a tad taller do to the tall tread. I will mount them up the the blue K spoked rims I got and post pics later tonight so you get an idea of what they look like. I hope to run them and possibly race them this weekend so more to come on the new Badlands from Pro-Line

Hey HumboldtBlazer let us know ho wwell they hold up and how long the tread lasts. I am always looking for a longer lasting tire, run knucklers at the moment.

at the Napa track they worked well, comparatively speaking....
komodo 2's had more side bite, these had a little more forward bite, but a little less side. We'll see how they work on whichever track i end up at this weekend..
The carcass is a little lower profile, and the tread is almost straight across the rim, which i think is pretty damn funny, in a "I'm gonna run over your ass" kinda way, ,, actually thats what they look like when you run them,,, knarly.... and pretty intimidating....
so far wear looks impressive, you'll notice theres a recessed area in the outer "nibblets" on the tread pattern, after a full day , it didnt wear those off.. kinda kool.
If this is any indicator, along with the spread on the tread, (wet or dry pretty much same adhesion) then these should be a decent set-up. only backstep is XTR only, no supa-dupa soft.. oh well nuthin's perfect.

why is that thing so clean? haha you better start running it..

It's clean because it is new tires and rims and a new wing, makes it look clean. And your point is taken I do need to dirty it up for sure!
