I just bought a used Pro-Line kit on E-bay but it is missing the longer turnbuckle which was included in the original 6019 steering kit. Does anyone know where I can get the turn buckle (steering rod) or if there is a suitable alternative one that will work? The kit instructions indicate the turn buckle length needs to be 2 5/8" long from the center of the ball ends.

I checked out the Pro-Line web site and the repair parts are obsolete. I do have a call into their tech department and am awaiting a call back. I did find a set of Ofna 50mm turn buckles that might work in this case for a steering rod, I need an overall length of 68mm which I will get with the New turnbuckle plus the ball ends.

Just buy a threaded rod and cut it to length.
