Pro .15 wont start

First off I would like to thank everyone one this site everything has been really help full. I got this T Maxx about a week ago from a guy that owed me money since then I've spent almost 100$ and still can't get it to run. I went through the Trouble shooting tips on traxxas.com i can get it to hit but not take off and run and keeps spewing fuel out of the exaust so i dont know if I'm running it too rich or what. please help

Your flooding it and it is probably too rich.

I would have to agree with Matt, it sounds as though it is too rich. You might want to replace the glow plug, reset the needles to factory settings, which will also be a little rich, then start making adjustments from there.
