Hey guys I'm needing to creat some sort of power point and don't have the ms powerpoint program on my computer. I'm wondering if there is any sort of clone or freeware that would be compatable for me to download?

I would second the recommendation for Open Office. Although I do run MS Office as I got it when I got my computer, I would definitely get Open Office if I didn't already have PP.

Thanks Candyman. I'm installing it right now and there is a power point option!

I agree, open office is amazing software, and I wish that there was more of that type of stuff out there with quality like that. I use MS Office on my computers, but I do use open office when I'm on other computers or out of town, stuff like that, and I actually used it for a while when I first got it just to get used to it and try it out, even though I had MS office.

I agree Open Office is great. I love the feature to save documents as PDF files.

Free(legally) software is cool. I'm running Open Office and Gimp(really great photo editing) on my Mac.

Hey Neobart, is Gimp a free program also?
