Jocaz, Very nice. Did you buy or make your under plate? I like the screen job. I use a plastic for sale sign to make cover for my sides.
How did you attach the screen to the frame? What is the tube sticking out the screen by the gas tank for? sorry for all the question.

Hello, thks
-under plate made myself, inox 1mm
-cover sides inox 0.3mm, taken between TVP but you can use neoprene glue
-the tube is the evacuation of the tank fuel excess

Hey kwong any pics of that thing in action?

No action pictures, i'm still on break in. Only on the second tank. I finish up the quarter on wednesday and will probably seal the engine and finish break-in by the weekend. Gonna bring the savage to a car club meet on sunday and let people drive it around and poop.

I'll be sure to take some pictures.

Hmm don't feel too bad I still need to get some action pics of my truck as well. It's hard when I am bashing and driving at the same time though. OH well

Here's a topless shot:

Here's a post action shot (T-maxx is trying to hide behind the big bad Savage):

This is what it cleans up to look like:

Enjoy.

BTW, I don't have many action shots, because most of mine are in video format.

Nope. They are IMEX JumboMaxx Claw Dawgz.

Very interesting shock towers, are those made to accept tmaxx suspension componnents? Why?

I am intrigued to the maxx! (Pun intended)

Why, what? Why run shorter shocks on the Savage? Because some better shocks are out there and they happen to be in the T-Maxx length.

I happen to run a similar set up. Only I use New Era upper a-arms designed to take a T-Maxx or 1/8 buggy shock. Talk about beefy suspension. Run it with 1/8 rear buggy shocks and the thing rocks. No bent shock shafts here.

I would have commented more on the cut outs in the body. Not exactly wheel well looking, but I guess the extra lexan does keep the crap out.

It wasn't finished. Someone wanted to see the body so I slapped it on as is. They will be cut.

They can be used with any shocks. Maxx shocks could be used but 'why ?'. Buggy shocks are some much better.
