JESSE G said:A cheap one I bought from habor freight I think I paid 6 bucks lol works good to cover big areas but that is about it. I also have a Badger 150 dual action I love it you can control paint and air flow works awesome for custom work, but its busted right now thats the reason for the cheap one.
Yeah I just put mine back together the other night and same thing It was in a box for a while luckly I found all the parts. I started to go nuts with aluminum on mine too. I was going to get the arms but decided when I do upgrade it will be to RpM. I had aluminum bumpers on mine but they weighed a freaking ton so I put the stock ones back on.MyJeep said:Well, this was my first rc. I got so exited and keep on buying alum parts for it. Right now, I really prefer rpm arms. I might put the rpm's back that came with it when I bought it used from ebay.
I am hoping and praying those thousand pieces still in the same box where I kept them few months back.
LOL .. Who knows .. poop might just happen.
I have never used a Tetor but there products are usally fairly decent, the cheap air brush I bought is some off the wall non brand name and works good. So I would think you would be ok with a testor but if you really want to get into fine detail I would spend the money and get a good one like BadgerJBradshaw00 said:I would like to get into airbrushing, I can draw pretty good..just wondering if I can airbrush, I thought about getting the testors deal from wal mart for like 20 bucks just to see if airbrushing is good for me.
LOL try it with a 2 yr old grabbing every part she can get her little hands on and running off with them lol my daughter loves to help dad work on the Maxx. I usally take a tire off for her to play with and thats usally easy to find if she runs off with it lmao!JBradshaw00 said:I'm always loosing something, so I can't leave my truck apart for more than like 2 hours..lol

My dogs love dragging my stuff out and putting it everywhere..thats what all my parts are in a box, in the top of my closet.
MyJeep said:Jesse,
You don't need alum bumpers. Get the rc-solutions' skid plates. Those are awesome and worth every penny. Well, that is what I had on my maxx and the plate takes all the impact and not on bumper.
