It's the sportwerks 1/8th scale clutch spring tool.

Last week I stoped into my race track's hobby shop, and was asked if I had scene the new clutch spring tool. They demoed it for me. I was able to remove all 3 shoes and springs from the engine in about 30 seconds. And then reinstall them with the same tool, in about the same amount of time.

I snapped one up for 18 bucks.

Best tool I've bought yet. Now I won't ever procrastinate replacing clutches in my buggy.

perfect thanks.

I hate trying to navigate horizon's web site.

no, only the wonderful industry standard.

kinda hard to explain, you slip it under the shoe and twist it so the little arm lifts the spring out of the groove on the clutch shaft, and then pull out. And thats it.

To install, you do just the oposite.
