Hey guys! Hey i took my 2 maxx's out today and one keeps popping out of gear when i land after a jump. pops back in as soon as the rpm lowers. Also i installed a roll cage on my other maxx of course now its bottoming out alot even tho i have the big spacers in & 45wt oil. should i get stronger springs & higher wt oil maybe. thanx for any help!
 
I just bought a set of VG racing 8 lb springs and they are sick!
 
most roll cages ad to much weight, and most of it is high up. put a boughten cage for my jato, it handeled like a pig, off it came. anybody need a cage for a jato?

Does the Maxx that's popping out of gear have reverse? If so, the linkage may be a little out of whack.
 
Thanx for the response. yes it does have reverse.Ill take a look at that today. I'm also trying to find somebody thats used the single speed conversion thanx
 
The forward only conversion is the best $10 you can spend on a Maxx. Way stronger tranny and better, smoother acceleration.
