Let it be known that UE has burned me. It has been more than a month since I ordered a monoblock and a set of shocks. no communication from them at all.

+1 Co might of went belly-up i would chalk it up for a lesson learned & try getting the part's you are looking @ from another retailer IE like Tower Hobbies / A main hobbies you might have better luck there

UE is not out of business as far as parts that are in stock. I just received some drive train parts that were ordered less then 5 days ago.

The mono block extension I believe has been out of stock for several months and if it was out of stock when you ordered its very doubtful that any will be made anytime soon, if ever.

Was your CC charged for the item? If so, I would continue to send emails and even post a question to Robin on the UE forum.

+1 for snook i also recently received some drive train parts from ue and have been in contact with robin via email, i will be ordering another dogbone from him, anyone know the length of one i need for 3.3 front?

All I gotta say at this point is..... dont even advertise a part if your not willing to make a part. I was patient for an entire month. I give him a month before i raised a stink with him and before posting here. Really if your not willing to make a part, remove it from the website. my opinion has been and still is... DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH UE!

I can't really disagree.

If you're no longer manufacturing something, don't list it as available. "Out of stock" does not mean no longer available.

my local shop doesn't burn me, they just take for ever to get my parts.

This is the same problam I have had on both occasions with CKRCCrawlers.com...

Always posted saying in stock to get a phone call 2 days later telling me its out of stock, and another was out of stock for good.

I reamed their ass about it, and now its changed lol
