i wwas messing around and I'm not sure if anyones done this but i have a set of Lego pnumatics and i have an team associated buggy :idea: . i removed the shocks and replaced them with the pnumatics. it is the shiz its like hydrolics but if you got a lego pnumatic set you should totaly try it out. :)
 
They have something like that on the xxx main truck video, it was pretty sweet looking. Went well with the spinners.
 
do you have the box wiht the number on it? or the exact name of the kit. i was gonna try making something like that this winter.
 
ok the bad part is, i got the pnumatics out of a model set but i found this really old lego product order form and i guess back then you could order the pnumatics separatly i try to find the sheet but i got them out of the Backhoe set which was like 100 bucks and you probley dont wanna spend that much for 4 pnumatics do you? Also i problems with the speed of the pnumatic lifting my car but with like 4 more cylinders you can put pressure on it and it will raise the car in a second.
 
nope I'm not a candidate for that lol. i was thinking maybe i would mkae the shocks outta like 3/8'' pipe then have a cylinder in them that goes up and down with a regulater on the bottom and top to let the air out and a tank for air pressure somewhere on the car but my ride is pretty squeezed up already (on road touring car)
 
yeah it was kinda pointless i only had them on for like 10 min and i took em off but it was kinda cool though. right now I'm building a potao gun so I'm not really doing anything with my car
