Today I noticed my t-maxx 2.5 has some sort of steering problem. With the wheels off, when you turn the steering wheel there is a bad vibration coming from the whole steering setup. I took the linkage off of the sevo and it doesn't do it then. So its got to be someting with the bellcranks or something. I DONT KNOW. man I'm getting aggrevated!!!!

Next when you turn the wheels to the right it will go all the way then come back to center, but when you turn to left it stays to left and dont reset back to center. In other words the wheel dont straighten back up when you turn to the left but it does when you turn to the right. Some one Pls Help Me!!!!!
What do I need or what do I need to do.

THANKS ALOT GUYS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you either broke your servo or your servo saver. Either way, sounds like a great time to upgrade the servo.

I'm dealing with exactly the same problem right now as we speak. I thought it might have been the servo saver because I had been jumping a pretty good bit and it hits the ground sometimes, but the new servo saver didn't fix the problem. When I turn the wheels one way they retun to center fine, and when I turn them the other way, they only return halfway to center. It's impossible to drive like that because the steering makes no sense and goes all over the place. I'm going to replace my steering servo with a HiTec 645 MG (you can get a new one on ebay shipped for $26) and do a complete teardown and clean everything up and check all my parts. Let me know how yours is coming, and I'll let you know what happens with mine.

It sounds like the splines on the servo gear are stripped, a new servo should solve the problem.
