Recently on my t-maxx 2.5 transmission one of the teeth on one of the gears broke off and I replaced the gear with a new one and put the tranny all back together and put it back on my truck.
I have to give it almost full throttle for it to barley start to move, the engine sounds like its about to blow and my truck is barely moving at all! I took the entire tranny back apart and made sure everything was in the right position.
Any ideas with what is wrong????? please help!

Things to check: slipper for tightness, clutch shoes due to the possibility of them being worn from being run under no load, and check your one way clutch on your tranny to see if it engages only one way when you turn it. Hope this helps, Steve.

i would say clutch or the slipper gear if it is not tight enough it will the motor scream and just barely move depending on how much it is slipping.

could be the slipper as stated, but since you took apart the trans, are you sure you got all the cross pins back in the right place?

also the flywheel could be slipping on the shaft.

if you have not done the forward only conversion, there is a centrifugal clutch inside the trans. you may have reinstalled this wrong, or something similar.

your post says it barely moves which means it moves a little.... check your slipper clutch
