I don't have a tmaxx, but mu buggy uses a pbs system, and its recommended that you do'nt grease them because it will attract dirt/dust/grime and chew up the balls and the ball carriers.
 
I agree with VB. You want to make sure that the PBS system is clear and free. Normal maintenance on these is recommended
