Piston and head

Hey i was wondering why my piston and button head look so dark.. I'm running 20% odonells fuel and have the temp at 240 after lots of WOT and 232 idling temp but it looks like this

Mine is that way too. I've been told it comes from running hot, but I usually run around 250. Does your engine run fine. I think its normal cause my engine runs fine and looks like that.

yea, runs like a dream, can pull little wheelies on pavement.

I think its fine then. All three of my engines are brown, but the S-25 is the worst. I wouldn't worry about it.

My O.S. CV-Rx on my rs4 3 Is still all silver, its had about 1/2 gallon through it now.

Its fine, just alittle carbon build-up.
