yes it will, anytime you replace a pipe or change to small header you will have to re-tune, why would you want a smaller more restrictive header?

my truck has the bb header that traxxas puts with their bb kit and its really small and my trinity pipe hasn't come yet, but i was wondering if thats what caused the horrible tunning or something else
