Pipe info?

When i was at the shop on thursday to pick up my savage i saw a "new" i think pipe that was out. At least its the first time i have seen it,i can't remember who makes it but its a tuned pipe with a "sidepipe" that comes off the side and go's back to give it a "real" sidepipe looks. Anyone know who makes this pipe and how it preforms?
