I bought Integity pinios for my Mini Baja, I can not get them to stop slipping? I use threadlock on the set screw and tighten as much as I can (before the hex wrench breaks) and they still come loose? I have a brushless Mamba 5400 Any ides??

Go to your local automotive store and get some stuff called "Sleeve retainer" by "Threadlock". Put a drop of that on the tip of the motor shaft, and then install your pinion. Don't let it get into the bearings. Let dry overnight, and enjoy.

If you have to remove your pinion, heat it with a cigarette lighter.

I just took out the ole dremmal, and made a slight indentation in the middle of the motor shaft, and have never had a slipping problem.

You might have an issue with shaft strength if you dremel a flat spot. The "green threadlocker" trick comes directly from Castles' website.

I barely take anyoff. Its not like some of the 1:10 scale come wit hthe whole thing flat. I have beat the piss out of this thing, and it doesn't show any signs of failure.

You might be alright then... I'm just leary of grinding anything that tiny. With my bad eye-sight, lol.
