Damn those ar tight!!! Very nice work. Do you race them? Is that the Pengiun LM Chassis? Any rate those are very nice Micros!

Yes they are both the Penguin R/C P3500LM and P3500 Narrow. I am not driving them right now, cause I am waiting for some battery packs being made for me.

I have raced them before though. They drive really smooth with the Ceramic Rear Diff balls for the HPI rear ball diff.

I just picked up a new ESC called the IPD R-18. Its super small and can handle 5-10 cells and up to a 480 size motor. Its smaller than the SPY esc too.

You can get it at www.ipdracing.com

5-10 cells, damn I just bought another Spy. Maybe I can put that into the old ladies new Losi Mini T and look into that for the EX02 I am building. I bet 10 1050 KAN's would smoke ass!

I bet too!

Yeah here's some comparison pictures of the R-18 to the XXL...

You can put this ESc pratically anywhere and weighs almost nothing. Needs connecters soldered to the motor and batt. ends though. But thats about it. It is also preprogramed and using plug and play technology.

If you want to see more of my Micros, check out below...

I saw your EXO 2. Looks good. Is it complete yet?

Do you think you could link me to a place for those ESC's? Also where did you hook up with the ceramic balls for the diff? Welcome btw, it is nice to have someone with as much micro knowledge as you. I am just getting into these things, 1/18ths rock.

Still working on the EXO2, waiting for my blind batts, and some misc parts like the caps for my Speed 300 until my Rabid chichuaua is done att he end of the month (can't wait to try that motor. Plus I am sending the alum parts I stripped away to CE Coatings to have them done gold. Stay tuned though.

Well I just ordered the bearings for my Team Orion Ball diff. I tried to get that ESC but it is out of stock and you can't even back order it (or I can't figure it out). Thanks for that link, now I am toying with getting a set of Derlin rims. I have two sets of TO Fresh Kicks that are different compounds. I have to give it to you www.yourmicro.com , www.one18th.com are two of my favorite sites. I learn a lot at both. It's great I am noticing guys from over there registering here and I think that's great. Thanks for all the links and the help J Smith!

That Toyota body you did is ill, kudos on your paint skills.

Thanks for the update, I am off to order it up!

Damn $50.90 to my door is a hella of a deal for that ESC imo. I thought I was saving real estate with my Novak Spy. This thing is ill. I only need reverse for my Minit's so no reverse is fine for me since this thing will only see tracks and maybe the occasional tennis court. Thanks again J!

No problem!

I got me 2 of them, might get me a few more to save to sell later on in the year or something.

Do you run foam tires? They work great on carpet. I use the Team Orion Fresh Kicks.

That's exactly what I run. I tried a few brands and I like the compounds (and price) of the TO Fresh Kicks.

I got a new set of mediums, and softs for the rear, and mediums and hards for up front. Yeah we got a nice big carpet track at the lhs and it has banked turns on the biggies and everything. Honestly the track made me want a Micro and the owner really likes them and stocks everything Micro.

Sweet dude. You are lucky. My hobbyshop doesn't have a micro track. But sometimes they rent an empty place, wharehouse to race so its not that bad.

I use mediums front and rear. I am working on a new setup for my car, should be done in a few weeks. I gotta wait for some batts and ship a few items out to be custom.

:naughty:
