I bought a picco p2 .21 while ago. Today I finally decided to put it in. However, it seems like the throttle is having problem to close entirely. Even the spring on the servo linkage does not close it properly.

Does anyone have the same problem? I am thinking to put a return spring to pull the throttle back in place and have been looking all over and found this spring

I am wondering will this solve the problem? If anyone know which is the proper spring for it please let me know.

I'm assuming that you have installed it into a tmaxx. First check your batteries and make sure that have enough power before applying a spring mod. I've had this issue myself. Did you try ajusting the linkage? Throttle return springs are primarily used to insure that the engine returns to idle if the car or truck looses contact with the radio. Not for closing the slide on the carb.

I'm noticing the same thing with my Picco .26's. Not that it has anything to do with the engine but I've been having trouble getting the carb to close all the way on a consistant basis. Like you said, the linkage spring doesn't seem to be doing it's job entirely. If I compress it any more it won't be able to take the braking compression fully. I know that a TRS (throttle return spring) isn't really inatended for this purpose but I don't see why you couldn't use it for that reason also, in your case (and mine) it'll serve dual purposes... kill two birds with one stone.
