i have this motor for awhile now and i still have problems with it because i can never go full throtle on it because it bogs out and i have tried messing with the hsn and with the lsn a little but idk what to do can anybody help me plz or explain a little bit on how to stop it from boging out

What pipe fuel and glow plug are you using?

i am useing for fuel race and its 20% with 12% lub and i am useing macoy #9 plug and useing the HPI Alum Tuned Pipe Purple .21+ and could it also be because i have a fuel filter in the line that could be stopping the gas flow a little so its not getting all the gas it needs

Only if the filter is clogged. I ran Savages for years, there is no need for a fuel filter period. It's just one more place to leak. Look closely at your fuel tank it may have cracked where it hits the TVPs. I never used one and never had a scratch in my engines. 20% fuel with a MC-9 plug is not a good match, neither is the pipe. Try a THS Racing pipe on it. Good bolt on pipe for the Savage. So is the Hot Bodies one piece system. Both are on towerhobbies and E-Bay.
Go 30% with the MC-8 or the O'donnell's purple sport plugs. I'm telling you O'donnell's plugs kick McCoy's ass all day long for 1/2 the price. More consistent and last a long time. I use this combo of fuel and plugs with excellent results on 3 different Picco's.

alright thanks i will have to try that one out but is their any other pipes that i can use to

Nothing that you will not have to modify to fit...except the Losi LST pipes. Those are good. The losi HT pipe runs great on everything. You'll just have to find a header to fit it.
