is the picco .26 red dot hard to tune and what are some tips you would give me on tuning it? i live in edmonton alberta

I know my Picco .26 maxx is real easy to tune so i am gonna assume that the red dot is gonna be about the same thing, just make sure when you start to break it in that the high speed needle is flush with the collar and the low speed is beleive it or not 10.5-11.5 turns out from closed and tune from there, just tune the high speed first once its broken in and then work on the low speed once ur happy with the perfromance of the rig on the top end. Hope this helps i know its worked great for me

where did you get that info? OFNA site says
"Open the carburetor slide by hand and hold it in the open position. Turn the LSN all the way in, be careful not to 'bottom out' the screw with any force. You can damage the needle by bottoming it out. Then turn the LSN 7.5 turns out from the bottom.
Then turn the HSN (High Speed Needle) to flush"

At 7.5 turns out mine is to rich to even idle, fuel jus pooring out the exhaust, at 11 turns I think my needle would probrably fall out :)
