picco .26 maxx pullstart revo

i got a revo with maxx 26 and i need to get a pull start it had a roto start on it but it didnt come with a starter but I'm wanting to get rid of that i read somewhere that you needed to get a new owb to convert to a pull start

That depends, but I would suggest a Traxxas pullstart and owb.

I've also seen where they sell a pull start backplate for that motor i just dont wanna buy something and it not work

The stock backplate that comes with it will accept a p/s. You just need a matching owb and p/s.
