Picco .26 max?

The Picco .26 is decent, but seems to have tuning issues. I know a few guys that said they would never buy another one because of the inconsistency when tuning..
 
i got a picco 26 max at first i had a lil bit trouble geting it tuned but thats cuz my cooling head screws got loose and it was loosing compression.then i switched to 30% and shimmed up the head. it runs perfect that things an beast compared to the 3.3 i had. my temps stay in the 250's.
 
I have been informed that Picco have redesigned the carb neck (the old ones were notorous for air leaks around the neck.
