Can any one tell me what the stock stteings are for my picco.26 max.it takes off good but immediately starts spuddering and wont go into second.help

That info is not correct.

Sorry, wish I had a manual to check, but that is what the Ofna web site gave, and I checked another forum - these guys having a similar discussion about the same engine. Pretty much the same info I gave you.
