Picco 26 carb problem

I just got my picco 26 and put it on my 2008 revo.ran ok during break in.the first problem is no matter how tight i tighten the screw that holds the carb in place the carb will move.and then will not start unless i give it gas then soon as i let it go it shuts off.

You spun the heat shield on the carb throat. You never twist a carb when removing them, and tightening the carb pinch bolt too tight is a big no no.
You have to replace the carb now.

I just pulled it out the box today and from the beginning it would not tighten up the screw feels tight but you can move the carb
