Just got my new MP7.5

Hi Guys !

I just received my new MP7.5 (kit form)
I haven't decided what engine to buy yet..... any suggestions ?
Does anyone know where I can find some info on setting up mu steering/suspension ?
I have heard that there is a copy of the set up that Kanai uses but I can't find it.

Any help appreciated.

One more thing, are there any other bodies that will fit this buggy ?
The shell that came with it is unpainted so Ill make sure I post some pics when its done.

I love the OS.21 VZ-B(P).. I dont have it myself, but I have tryed it alot.. I'm getting it next year for sure.. Its the newest OS engine out there.. Long lifetime, GREAT power... I'm not sure it wil fit, but its not hard to make some new holes, or get a (screw/hole adapter) dont remember what its called..
Search the web for suspension and steering settings. Thats the easiest way..

You were considering an OFNA? I have both the MP7.5 Sport (well it's my father's now) and an OFNA MBX R2 (slightly modified), I like both cars but I have to tell you the Sport has some very iffy things to it.

The Sport's suspension is soft and weak (even after putting in 40W oil), the rear shock shafts are bent already and has rough play now (time for new shocks ), and seems to have alot of chassis flex which the CNC chassis braces were added, and replaced stock tires with blue (from OFNA MBX Pro) tires, and thicker shock towers and steering block. I might try taking out the metal gear center diff from my old HODR and replace the plastic gear diff in the Sport. I don't trust the Sport's drivetrain altogether, and will eventually have to upgrade to K2 drivetrain componments sooner or later. As stated earlier, get CVAs all around if you can since the dogbones can cause ALOT of drag after a while. I"ll take some pics and post em sometimes.

I'm personally glad I have an OFNA, very durable and an awesome performer for a fraction of a MP7.5 price. My MBX R2 has a kickup chassis, thicker CNC shock towers, a 9.5 front CNC chassis brace, CVAs all around (except center, but that'll be soon).

I'm going to get either an MBX5 or Hyper 7 next summer and I'm continuously leaning towards the Hyper 7.
