I pulled it apart, but it was broke in both places and was barley holding on right at the trans... :rolleyes: I think I know why the spurr stripped. :hammer:
 
I have two of those I took off my maxx I had. found them days ago. Yours , just PM your addy to me and they are yours.

Just curious how did you break that? I have has some bad crashes lol and never broke a chassis brace.
 
my buddy broke both!! he let someone drive it and they ran WOT under a dumpster!! the chassis was tweeked but we beat it into submission
 
That would defiently do it lmao. I bent and twisted my Chassis beyond repair, I'm in the process of putting it back together, also getting rid of all of my pink parts from the dishwasher incedent lol
 
I have no clue how I did it, I hit a dirt hump that is steep kinda fun and landed so hard it turn the throttle bellcrank around, I think thats when it happened. It wasn't broke all the way apart and I didnt notice it until I striped a spurr and thats when I noticed it.
 
That how it usally happens you dont notice untill it breaks somthing else lmao, I lost my rear bulk brace I have no Idea when or where and I was out driving it and noticed it was handling funny then I noticed the rear bulks where broken too! Hope fully I get my aluminum ones today so I can finish putting it back together. I spent a good part of yesterday working on it.
 
I havent broken a bulk, YET! I'm sure its coming...my broke parts list.

1...2055 servo
3...spur gears
1...chassis brace
1...hsn needle off the carb
2...half shafts
1...ez start box
1...rear body mount

and I've tore up 2 bodys.
 
Man what have you been doing jumping off a 3 story house lmao! Do you have all of the parts to fix it?
 
yeah I had some spare stuff, mostley buying stuff from people pn here and traxxas's site.

bought the servo and ez start at my LHS I had the half shafts.
 
And, no not 3 story house, but motocross tracks can be rough :hammer: :)
 
Lmao that will do it too :). I just got done putting my Maxx together and adding aluminum bulks to the rear. I just need to get some bulkhead braces so I dont have anymore accidents lol. My halfshafts are still twisted but will work untill I get some money. Wonder what will break next? :doh:
 
I would say those half shafts are due to snap soon. Let us know how the maiden voyage is!
