I ordered 75 FM crystals. 1 set. There was a mistake in my order and they correct the mistake in 2 days with more than I asked for.

Great customer service in my experiences with PD.

Yeah. All I asked for was to send the correct crystal set.

I received my original order on Friday and I sent an e-mail, with pics, describing that the wrong set had been sent.

The following monday there was a box on my doorstep from PD.

Very quick response to my problem. To top if all off, they sent more than I asked for.
