This is total crap. This is the third day I have not been able to access my account. Intermittent problem my ass. Someone deserves to lose their job after this problem has been resolved.
 
Me too I was trying to check status of a transfer made. Lame as hell
 
Yeah, PayPal was definitely down for a while. I eventually got my money through after a few hours.
