The names did get a little mixed up.Heres what i got out of it.
Pythons=Revo rims
Komodo Dragons=Standard maxx rims

Before you give up on boiling, try it longer. I use a giant pot, with a lid from a smaller pot. This way the lid falls in and weighs down the tires so that they stay under water (normally they seem to float). I usually have to boil them until about the 2 hour mark. After that its like peeling good ribs off the bone.

Well i got them off.I put them in the oven like psunitro said on 300.Left them in there for 10minutes.They were still stuck on there.Then i decided to up the temperature.I set the oven at 400 and put them in for another 10 minutes.They came off easily.There is still some glue left on the tire but i think i can get it off when they cool.Thanks for the help everyone.

Jet i seems panther has rehashed an old tire model's name for th eRevo tires....I know the Pythons as the "cheater Tire" cause they were a smaller diameter tire that fit the Maxx rims.......I know the new ones say they fit the Revo but I didn't look to see if they still have the smaller diameter overall......

Yeah, when they first came out for the Revo, I couldn't find them on thier website, then I thought I found a link to them as being discontinued which I thought was odd when I had read about them just coming out. Just thought the thread was getting out of whack with people talking about 2 different tires, thought I would offer some guidance :cheers:

I'm running Pythons on Revo size rims, on my LST. And they are for shure bigger than maxx sized wheels. On another note, this is one of the best racing tires around for MT's. A bit more sidewall for cushining than bowties.
