Has anyone ever tried running paddle tires in deeper snow? I've run the stock tires in about 2.5" of snow and it get through ok but anymore snow than that and they wouldn't cut it. Live in MN and it hasn't been a problem yet this year, just something I've been thinking about trying. Any pictures would be sweet!

On a 2WD rig, they just dig a deeper hole is all. But that's on a fairly heavy truck too. If it snowed more here, I think the perfect snow toy is a mini revo vxl with paddles. Light enough to get on top and float, plenty of juice to do so.

My T4 does great on snow with paddles but than again its an extremely light truck. can't imagine a MT doing that good because of the sheer weight. The mini revo may be a good choice just because of the small and light package it represents.

Yeah, I'm running an all billet 1/8 converted VXL pede. Weight isn't helping in the snow, but it sure does any other time. It was pretty much useless in stock trim on 3s.
