anybody done it? Got the dvd's and as soon as the ice cream i ate settles, i think i might start it.

i have been into weight training all my life. I watched the infomercial on the P90X, it's a sound theory. It should do exactly what they promise. Make no doubts about it, you will be sore as hell for the first month.

all I've seen is what i just youtubed about it, definatly looks like its something that works. how long is it supposed to take every day? or is it based on something else rather than doing it for a set amount of time?

A buddy of mine started it a few months ago. He seems to be doing well with it. He has been on and off different programs for a few years and he seemed to have plateued (sp) a couple years ago but I think he said recently that he's as light as he's been since HS. I say go for it.

this program is freaking ruthless!!!

i did the shoulder and arms workout yesterday and the cardio X today. my body is completely shot. My fingers feel too heavy to type right now. Its just a ton of high intensity exercises strung together for an hour.

I have no clue how i am going to do another workout tomorrow.

I am sure gonna sleep good tonight. lol

Darn I really thought this was gonna be about the gun P90 lol. It would be the first gun thread with a gun I was familiar with ahahah.

i did it for a week straight and its a GREAT program. i went offshore for 2 weeks after that and i haven't been home much since then. The program itself is solid but after training drillers in 103 degree heat all day, the last thing on my mind is working out. i highly recommend it if you are going to be in a place you can do it every day.
