Has anyone ever tryed an outlaw tuned pipe? I have seen them on eBay but was never quite sure about them. They claim there very loud

doesn't look like a tuned pipe at all. Where are the divergence cones? Thats just a resonator.

Yea that's kinda what I was thinking. I'm mainly curious to know if anyone has ever had one.
