In one of the RC mags I saw a pic of an Outerwears shroud on an SC10.

I can't seem to fine anything about it online and the Outerwears web site is useless.

Does anybody have any further information on it?

I am wondering if they are planning one for the Slash.

Similar to the JConcepts except in the Outerwears material like the one they have for the 5T except it covers the entire top of the chassis.

I will snap a pic of the one I saw in the magazine and post it this evening.

Here is a pic.

I like it and hope they make some for the Slash and Slash 4x4.

I've seen that same ad but was unable to find anything online about it, and yes Outerwears website is horrible.

I'm not much in favour of these, here is my reason why. Where is the air circulation for cooling the electronics. Its all nice and dandy for keeping the electronics clean and all but what about the cooling?

Air easily passes through the material which is why they are great for pre-filters on air filters.

any word on this?I sent them an email asking when this is avail and nothing:confused::confused:..it looks simple enough to make out of some spandex material, like the baja shock covers that are made..

damn that look simple enough to make:p..the only part I do not like is that they did not make it velcro around the inner side bumpers or the back ,cause there is nothing there to velcro it too right?

yeah, I wouldn't mind checking one out in person... But I'm having absolutely no problems with my JConcepts over-tray with a few small holes drilled in it and a fan on my ESC.

by they way, anyone else catch the "HPI Racing" stickin in that photo? On an SC10?? haha...
