You don't have issues with wheel wobble ,if so ,what do you do to combat it?

I have taped the 2 hole inside of rim with electric tape and make 2 hole on each tire with 1/8 drill bitYou don't have issues with wheel wobble ,if so ,what do you do to combat it?
