I'm new to your forum and relatively new to RC Nitro Stadium trucks; I have played around with 1/10 scale electrics, but I now have a used RC10GT with a OS "hyper" cv .12 powering it. Could someone please tell me what the difference is in the OS "hyper" vs. the OS Max CV ? Could you also offer some suggestions regarding alterations for more power and handling? Thanks very much...I look forward to hearing back from you guys ( I'm not racing this car, I'm just sport-driving it for fun and a pressure release).

you are not going to get much in this thread try posting in the Engine thread.
And Welcome

Thanks for the help

Thanks guys for the assistance in getting my question into the right thread -category.

run that hyper till its dead to get used to nitro's and how to tune them. the hyper is an old engine that is no longer made but a good engine. the CV-R is newer and more powerful.

I'll tell you what. I am still using two of the older CVX .15 Hypers, and they are both still kick ass engines! I will hang on to both of them as long as possible. The OS CV Hypers are awesome mills!

Thanks guys for the input on my OS "hyper" .15 ; it really does kick ass in my RC10-GT compared to the OS Max CV .15. It seems to pull harder, rev higher and throttle response is better. Any tips on how I can keep this little .15 maintained, so I can enjoy it for good, long while?

anyone know the factory settings for a os max cv .12 engine
dont know much about tuniing rc's
thanks
