well,It could be a few different things, If the engine is cutting out a 3/4 throttle, its sucking too much fuel(rich) but , you already know this so read on and see if any of this helps!
when you take off the filter and look into the carb how close are the needle settings, if the gap is alot thicker than a credit card thats too much, close them a little, this is a very touchy setting, it helps to look at it while your turning the screw,
Is your throttle linkage set corectly?
Is your servo set corectly?
what radio are you using? can this adjustment be way out of whack on the radio? and can it be adjusted by the radio?
take the ball off the carb slide and see if you can move the slide in and out all the way manually
If you can its most likley the throttle linkage.
your needle stop screw is at the bottom of the carb and can be hard to see sometimes, although I doubt that this could be the problem its worth a check.
BTW I also own this mill and it runs extremely well at 2 turns out and still blows alot of blue trail! I can't see your problem so its hard to try and help, but the things I listed would be good to check anyway,
I'm sure if you come back to this thread in a day or two some one will have posted more helpful info, If you are new here, welcome to the site! good luck again!
