I'm getting a OS 18TM engine for my revo 2.5R. i also got myself the 3.3 tranny which i will be putting on my center diff and rear break kit.

is there anything someone would suggest upgrading to support the stronger power from the new engine?
i just dont want to break anything and be sorry i didnt get it before i installed the new engine

If you dont already have a resignator pipe id get one. My os was perfectly matched with this pipe.

When you build your tranny just make sure all the grub screws are tight. If they are even a tiny bit loose the gears will "slap" on the grub screw and break it off.
Just set your slipper up right and she will hold together fine.

does anyone have a good starting out point for the slipper for the new power? I'm pretty sure its nice a tight to get the power out of my 2.5R now I'm sure i will have to loosen it up some for the OS18

I would recommend CVDs....at a minimum for the center shafts.
