Os 18 tz worth it?

I've heard this is a great motor with lots of power and torque. What do i need to drop this motor in and can i make it a pull start. If i can where do i et the parts. Or should i just get the picco.26? I've heard people havin alot of problems with those but are nice in the power feild.

Here's the listing on Tower http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHLV9&P=ML . I think it's a direct fit on the 3.3 if I remember correctly. You still need the exhaust manifold.
