Ok I have a OS .19 cvr engine on my t maxx and it wont start, when I try to start it its not getting any gas to the cylinder and its running out of the front of the motor where the crank is whats the deal???

It won't fit without a BB kit, that's poor choice of engine as well. You could not give me that an engine for free. Put a 3.3 on it or the OS 21 TM for the Maxx.
Tear the engine apart and look to see if the piston, rod and sleeve are in good condition.
40 dollars for some bearings may save that CVR. It's not hard to do.
