Hello guys I have a new engine os turbo .12 tz and a high torque ofna starter box. The piston and sleeve are so tight i can not get the engine to turn over I have tried heating the engine head with my heat gun it still locks up on me.
I am using needle nose pliers to unstick my flywheel .Please give me some tips:ponder2:

have you put any after run oil in it? I have the same engine, and I can tell ya, it'll be tighter than tight until about the 10th tank, when it starts to loosen up. Mine still has a ton of pinch, but doesn't get stuck at TDC anymore.

Make sure your needles are at 1 and 3/4 from closed on the top, flush on the bottom, and your idle is open about 1mm. Next, roll the flywheel so it's on the just-after side of compression (all the way to the back of the flywheel slot). This will give the starterbox a 'running start' at compression.

Just tough thru the first few tanks; it'll get easier.

engine break in

Thanks buddy for your help I did manage to get started .:)

No prob - mine is just now starting to loosen up. It's gonna be a real beast of an engine. Just remember the after run oil after you're done for the day. It makes starting it that much easier.

...

i used the old screwdriver to the flywheel trick :) yes it will lock up on you but once you idle a take or 2 threw it will fire just fine...
