Hey Guys,

I put my deposit down on a new buggy this past Saturday. I am ordering a Jammin X1-CR Factory Team 1/8 scale. I am so siked up about this too. I got to see one in action this week and man did that thing perform. I can't wait to get this kit and start the build.

I am going to run an O.S. .21 VZ-B V-Spec-T (P) mill
Hitec 645 for throttle, and a 5825 digital for the steering.
JP-1 pipe.
RS310 Reciever

This will probably be my last rig for a while... but then again I thought that after the last one! I might have the rest of the money in two weeks, but may have to wait until the begining of May to pick it up though.... only bummer.

I just thought I would share. Take care guys.

I guess you were so impressed with the Truggy that you had to have the buggy as well?

You might want to consider the 625 for throttle/brake duty. It has more than enough torque to squeeze quad discs on my buggy and is significantly faster than the 645. You might appreciate the quicker response when you are trying to level out the buggy in mid-flight.

Best of luck with this and let us know how you get on. Will you be doing another build thread like you did for the truggy?

I did enjoy the CRT and with the buggy, alot of the parts are the same on both rigs so I don't have to carry a bunch of different parts... big plus IMO.

Yeah I was thinking I would start another build thread... that was fun. I will look into the 625... the price is not much different and I would like the extra speed. I just wanted something I know would do the job... and I spent the farm on the steering servo! LOL Thanks for the advice...... I will look into the 625. Thanks niggle my friend.

i thought i had bought my last one years ago... now I'm back.... it really is never the last one

Congrats on the new toy. It's never the last rig, only the most recent one.

Aint that the truth! You finish one... and your mind already wonders what the next one is going to be!

I second Niggle's advice, even consider the 945. I would skip the digital servo and just go Hitec 900 series for both. At the level I am I can't really notice the difference nor appreciate it, for the price at least.

Hey Revo,

You are right on there. I am not every going to be a pro... and I just want to have fun. I probably would not notice the difference either between the two. Thanks man.

That's where I'm at right now Tom. I was talking to SD last night and he was telling me how much fun he has with his buggy. I just got the Savage X, haven't even got it broke in yet and I'm already thinking how fun a buggy would be. Oh well, back to breaken in the Savage.
See ya Tom..Have fun with the new build. Take those pictures for us guys drooling over something new to buy. btw..my next one will be a buggy!
