Opinions on specific car...

I am looking at buying a well taken care of Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec Pro, and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this car? This would be my first touring car.
How does this car handle? Is there anything that breaks all the time?

From what I've heard, the 4-tec is good only at straight lines.

Isn't the Pro one of the Legacy models?

As with all Traxxas, they make great cars for the average r/c user. I have driven one and they seem ok, but I agree the cornering leaves something to be desired. This is just typical of Traxxas, it doesn't mean the car is bad...just expect to upgrade a few things here and there in order to have a well rounded car.

Well, I got it. I did some horse trading, and I think I ended up paying around $50 for it, including 2 pit boxes full of little parts.
I do need a couple pieces to make it complete, but nothing more that the long drive belt that goes from the trans to the front, and an antenna tube.
I would like to get a new body and some new wheels as these are a little chewed up.
Oh and it came with a Futaba Magnum Jr radio set.
