I added a HPI RS4-3 EVO. to my habit, It has the t-15, I'm fairly new with nitro but I am startin to get the hang of tuning pretty good, I use a temp gauge and I have been running this car around 230 to 260, Is this the correct temp range for this engine, I wasn't concerned untill today when I did a little spit test and it sizzled pretty good even though my temp guage was in the 250 range is that okay, am i in the ballpark. :spit:

i have the same mill(on a belt rs4) and those temps are normal for mine too. as long as it isnt stalling or "flaming out" you are fine. its a $80 engine, good choice for a first mill. takes alittle to tune it and has decent performance.

ya as long as its in those temp ranges and isn flaming out alls perfect. 2.5s like to run alittle hotter even up to 275 but thats about as hot as id let it consitantly run at.

I agree thanks joneser4u. It seems to act as if it is overheating sometimes. Would that be the LSN being too lean?
