I've never been a big fan of the Cen lineup so between the 2, I'd have to go with the RS4. (but I've been out of it for awhile now)
Myself, I like the NTC3's better than anything. But I'm a parking lot racer so I have no need for the higher end models like the Serpents and such...

Out of those two, no doubt I would go for the RS4. I have one and I love mine.
Listen to NCNitro, he has helped me out a metric:dancingpoop:ton and with out him i would even be close to having my RS4 up and running
