Well, figured I'd post these up since everyone else is too ... Nothing spectacular. Just my race colors except for the Mugen's puke green. That was an "oops" type thing. The flourescent yellow looks like regular yellow and the purple looks blue. Go figure. At least the candy grape, looks grape...

BTW, the Caillac bod is the Mugen MTX-4 and the Alpha body is the Serpent 710

Thank you. It allows me to keep track of it on the track. LOL. Simple, unique and mine ... gotta love it.

Nice work man, and some sweet cars too! I'm really digging the purple candy as well.

Looks like a wal-mart exloded on your workstation :) J/k.

Damn nice paint jobs there. I like the sinlver borders, makes everything nice and sharp.

You suck!!!!

:jk:

nice cars...I used flourescent yel on my truck body...backed it w/ black and it came out green......

I backed the one on the mugen with silver and it came out that light green ... yuck.

I like the "race colors" concept. Even when you paint a new body, your competitors still know its you (and will race you accordingly). The cars look great too!

Looking good Diver! I do have one question though....Why do you have 3 body posts up front on both?

VB,
That's the way the kits came. Serpent was the first to do it then everyone seemed to follow suit. It's actually pretty good since in a front collision, it will keep the hood from deforming too much. It also gives a bit of rigidity along the front wheel arches since that's usually the first place to crack.

Silent,
I couldn't agree with you more. I keep the same layout and colors (with exception to the mugen ... oops). That way, they all know it's me at the tracks I would race. Since the majority of the racers here seem to follow the same trophy race schedules, the regular racing community "know" the other cars and their drivers. For those that like to change their colors or buy the prepainted ones from the LHS (customn airbrush) well, their driving style gives them away. For those that are just attending for the first time or don't regularly attend, they learn who's who as well as the regulars watch and learn their habits.
