I'm just sayin that cuz there i some dried up stuff on the purple engine plate at 3 diff. places...thanks:confused:

:w00t: I got some PERMATEX red hi-temp silicone (adhesive sealant) is that what is consider a RTV ???
 
The stuff you want will say "O2 Sensor Safe" on the tube. Item #80022, 6B. Use in a well ventilated area.

Finally man... the OWB was stripped ! Good thing a got a brand new one hehehe !!:celebrate2:

Hi everybody !!! I got the 'Permatex' ultra copper(sensor-safe high temp RTV gasket)...will that do to put between the engine's cover plate and the Rotostart thinggy,and do i put some between the engine and the engine plate ???:confused:

Anybody...? Cuz its the only one i found...

Can somebody anwser me please, getting my engine's cover plate tomorrow, and just wanna know if its ok? And i will stop bothering you guys with that. THANKS !!!

Finally i did not get it(engine cover plate)...but i really wanna do some bashing !!! Is it bad to use the truck even if there is only 2 screws holding the rotostart ???(2 on the right hand side)

read the ''what can this do'' post it will answer your question
just put the screws diagnal from each other and maybe check at reno depot if they have similar screws
