Welcome to RCNT!

First the obvious question, did you install the OWB backward? If not then check the shaft it rides on for wear or possibly the crank pin that connects it.

What are you driving? If possible, get a starter box. Rotostart is very problematic. A good bump start is the most reliable way to start your ride. The Rotostart is repairable, but it won't be long until it stops your race day again. It will revisit you no matter what you do. Some other racers may have had better use of the Rotostart, but personally it was a nightmare for me and I've seen many other racers struggle with them.Like I said, this was just my experience. Other racers may have some input. :)

I dont like the roto start myself either I went to pullstart on my rs4 couldnt stand the roto start from day one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Oh and welcome to the site
Also did you check to make sure there is no fuel where the owb goes? that could be another problem aswell.
