Cool part about this bro is the fact, in either direction from my front door offers some awesome places to run within 10 minutes from me.

Hell yeah bud. I loved and miss living in Boulder CO... rite at the foot hills of the rockies.. places to run every where... lucky man. All I got is sand . That's why I've been grabbing rocks off the job sites to build crawler play ground in the back yard once it gets warmer out..

I do not like snow. With snow comes salt and salt rusts out my vehicles. With cold comes ice and I can't put my boat on the water and go fishing.

I like the snow because it shuts the wife up, after that , I don't like the snow.
