Hey everyone - I'm looking for a new body for my old T-Maxx .15...anyone know of anything I can use? Everything I can find is for the longer chassis of the 2.5 and 3.3...the old crowd pleazer body is getting pretty ratched and I'd like to replace it, but can't seem to find anything that will fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pro-Line,Parma and HPI all offer bodies that will fit that truck. The Savage X,T-Maxx 2.5 and 2.5R all fit and some 3.3's but there is an extended 3.3 version too that doesn't.

Thanks! That's what I thought too, but my T-Maxx is shorter than the 2.5R, I'm not sure about the regular 2.5...I put my brother's 2.5 next to my Pro .15 and it's definately a little shorter, I'll take a pic later and post it up. I bought a HPI '56 F-100 body and it fits my brother's 2.5R like a dream, but it's too big for my .15...

Thanks everyone! I took a closer look and my body posts are bent back, so it looked shorter...maybe I should cut back on the beer hah

Hi Randy, Hi everyone. Well my Frankenstine TMAXX started life as a .15 and with help and guidence of friends like Racer66 and frikenjoey it has come along way. Well there are many bodies out ther but if you to places on-line like Tower Hobbies you can search for replacement parts and bodies specifiacally for the .15, also most stuff from a 2.5 will fit your truck. What I would sugest is to find a unpainted body and punch the body holes yourself so you can set it the way you like it. I have three trucks and 5 bodies and I even switch my TMAXX body onto my Savage to confuse people on-line. Well even tough your truck like mine is old as hell, it still has major potential and there are still tons of upgrades out ther still, so there is hope for that old truck, just do us all a favor and dont make another shelf queen, do like I did and make a Super Basher.
